Parker Place Living Centers
AS THE FIRST AND ONLY residential intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Lawton OK and the Southwest region of Oklahoma, we recognize the need for a place that provides an environment where each individual can thrive, meet their own personal goals, and achieve their full potential.
We also encourage our residents to become as independently involved in the community as they feel comfortable and are capable. These activities will encourage interaction with the community, promote civic-mindedness, stimulate personal development, and provide a sense of purposefulness.
We strive to provide an environment which feels like home and offers the following amenities to our residents:
- 16 individual bedrooms with porches
- Comfortable shared kitchen living space
- Resident transportation
- Activities and educational experiences: communication, technology, and vocational skills
- Local entertainment and educational outings
- Dedicated staff on duty 24/7
We will assist residents to learn about such opportunities including:
- Participation in civic organizations
- Volunteering throughout the community
- Attending religious services
