Welcome to the first and only residential intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Lawton, OK, and the Southwest region of Oklahoma! Here, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every individual can truly thrive.
We encourage our residents to become as independently involved in the community as they feel comfortable and are capable. These activities will encourage interaction with the community, promote civic mindedness, stimulate personal development, and provide a sense of purposefulness.

- 16 individual bedrooms with porches
- Comfortable shared kitchen living space
- Resident transportation

- Dedicated staff on duty 24/7
